Return Policy

Unused, uninstalled parts may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to My Orders and open the order containing the part.
  2. Click Request a Return, choose a reason, and submit.
  3. Our team reviews every request — usually within 1 business day — and issues an RMA number with shipping instructions once approved.
  4. Items must not be shipped back without an approved RMA number — returns sent without one may be refused or delayed.
  5. Once we receive the part back, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

What's Covered

Wrong part ordered — full refund within the return window, return shipping covered by us
Defective or DOA parts — replaced or refunded, no time limit within the warranty period, return shipping covered by us
Not as described — full refund if the part doesn't match the listing
Changed your mind — refund minus a 15% restocking fee, buyer covers return shipping; item must be unused and in original packaging

Not Eligible for Return

Special-order or custom-fit parts
Electrical components that have been installed or wired in
Parts marked "non-returnable" on the product page

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Orders can be canceled free of charge any time before they ship — just reach out via Contact Us or My Orders. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return policy above.
