Every part sold by Federal Auto Parts is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects and workmanship issues

Parts that fail to perform their intended function under normal use

Remanufactured parts that don't meet factory-spec performance

What's Not Covered

Damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, normal wear-and-tear items (gaskets, seals, wear surfaces beyond the warranty period), and parts modified after purchase are not covered. Professional installation is recommended for all electrical and drivetrain components.

Electrical components installed by anyone other than a certified technician
Drivetrain parts paired with aftermarket performance/power modifications
Labor, diagnostic, or towing costs related to a claim

How to File a Warranty Claim

Open the order from My Orders, choose Request a Return, and select Warranty Claim as the reason. We'll review and ship a free replacement or issue a refund — no questions asked.
