Orders placed before 12 PM local time ship the same business day. Carrier is selected automatically based on the size and weight of your order:
Small parts (sensors, electrical, brake hardware)
USPS or UPS Ground · 2–5 business days · Free over $99
Medium/large parts (suspension, brakes, body panels)
FedEx or UPS Ground · 2–5 business days
Oversized parts (engines, transmissions, large assemblies)
Freight carrier with curbside delivery · 3–10 business days
Orders over $499 ship with carrier signature-required for security. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
For freight-delivered items (engines, transmissions, and other oversized parts), inspect the package before signing for it and note any visible damage with the driver. Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos, so we can file a carrier claim and get a replacement moving quickly.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS — viewable any time from My Orders. Local pickup is available at our 4500 Industrial Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32824 location during business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm ET) — select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
